About the job
Our client, a leading global engine leasing company, has an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join an experienced legal and contracts team.
Responsibilities:
- Build client relationships
- Prepare Condition Precedents and ensure lease compliance the efficient delivery of Engines;
- Support the contracts team
- Review a range of transactional documents and insurance certificates in line with leasing obligations;
- Arrange execution of legal agreements and liaise with customers for the exchange of contractual documents;
- Assist with the completion of legal formalities (notarisation/legalisation), regulatory requirements
- Communicate as required with internal departments and external customers to collate and manage outstanding documents.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in a similar role preferably in the engine leasing or aircraft leasing sectors
- In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication
