An aircraft leasing client has an opening for a Technical Records Manager to join their team based in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, monitoring and execution of the technical records for both engines and aircraft.
Responsibilities:
- Review and verification of all aircraft and engine records.
- Compilation and approval of trace packs.
- Ongoing maintenance, approval and regular audit of the airframe and engine records in both electronic and hard copy formats.
- Work with the technical team to ensure any missing records or discrepancies are remedied.
- Ensure records compliance with all regulatory bodies.
- Provide the required templates with specific records needs.
- Liaison with third-party providers as required.
- Management and control of the ongoing technical administration requirements of the company.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience with engine or aircraft records with a lessor, airline or engine shop.
- Available for overseas travel as appropriate to support company transactions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Excellent computer skills, i.e. word, excel and PowerPoint.
