Our client, a leading global aircraft leasing company, is recruiting for an experienced Vice President of Insurance to oversee and coordinate a broad spectrum of insurance-related activities. This is a unique opportunity to join a market-leading aircraft lessor.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert insurance advice, support, and reporting across different business units.
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements.
- Manage insurance policies and collaborate with insurance brokers and carriers.
- Oversee and optimize insurance management systems.
- Stay current with the latest insurance products and industry trends.
- Offer assistance and insights to transaction teams (during the LOI/origination and documentation phases) promptly to structure a comprehensive array of international aviation transactions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience, preferably in aviation leasing, financing, OEM, advisory or an insurance-related role.
- Training and education in insurance.
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work varied hours to accommodate different time zones.
