About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global aviation leasing company. As a Senior Manager or Director, Fleet Support, you will play a pivotal role within the Fleet Management team. You will be responsible for driving forward fleet initiatives and programs, and managing OEM aftermarket relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to managing aircraft capabilities, secondary mission prospects, and support programs.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and communicate internal evaluations of aircraft capabilities.
  • Collaborate with design organizations to create and certify solutions that improve fleet appeal for secondary missions.
  • Negotiate essential requirements for OEM or STC acquisitions.
  • Partner with OEMs and MROs to establish support/power-by-the-hour programs for the fleet.
  • Address fleet obsolescence risks and pinpoint necessary investments and upgrades.
  • Assist with portfolio trading activities.
  • Oversee various projects that support fleet and technical teams as needed.

  • Qualifications:


  • Degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Over 8 years of experience with a lessor, OEM, or operator.
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation and project management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of leasing and lease products.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and initiatives effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficient in multitasking and managing competing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
