About the Job:
We are seeking a driven and analytical Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join a prestigious company in the aviation leasing sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who is ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead and support the company's financial planning by overseeing the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting efforts.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis, including lease profitability, cost analysis, and cash flow projections, to provide critical insights for business decisions.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain robust financial models to support lease transactions and fleet management, ensuring they are accurate and reflective of business needs.
- Management Reporting: Assist in preparing and presenting clear and actionable financial reports to senior management, contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial strategies across the business.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements within FP&A, driving efficiency and accuracy in financial planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA are an advantage.
- 2-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the aviation leasing industry.
- Exceptional financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- A strategic thinker capable of managing both large-scale initiatives and detailed tasks.
