Facilities Coordinator – Contract
We are now recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator to join a market leading company, based in Dundalk, on a contract basis.
The Role:- Act as first point of contact to the business
- Conduct regular facilities inspections and checks to ensure high standards and smooth running of all practices at all times
- Coordinate and supervise facilities related contractors as required
- Support on-site administrative services (reception, copy services, mailroom services, stationary etc.) ensuring best in class
- Undertake financial tasks including the raising of purchase orders and processing of invoices
- Provide support to EMEA helpdesk on ad hoc basis as required including call handling
- Support implementation of office moves, additions and change
- Drive local and corporate best practices throughout the function to ensure consistent and high-quality operations
The Person:
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience
- Experience of how a shared service centre or call centres operate
- Pleasant and “can do” attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of commercial contracts and experience of managing agreed service levels within budget
