Aircraft Leasing Senior Financial Analyst

My client is a high profile aircraft leasing firm which has a requirement for a Senior Financial Analyst.

Description:

We are recruiting for a detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join a dynamic team, specializing in structured finance related to a global portfolio of commercial aircraft.

Responsibilities:

- Manage financial operations and reporting for a large portfolio of commercial aircraft.

- Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reports for stakeholders, covering debt schedules, fee calculations, currency swaps, interest calculations, and statistical analysis.

- Perform purchase price calculations, loan payoffs, and prepare borrowing and release requests.

- Conduct present value calculations for remarketing efforts, reconcile cash flow, and pull data from financial platforms.

- Ensure compliance with loan agreements and related financial documentation.

- Collaborate with internal teams to support the accurate management of structured finance products.

- Maintain and enhance financial models and datasets for effective decision-making.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related analytical field.

- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in financial analysis, accounting, investment banking, aircraft leasing or a similar discipline.

- Strong proficiency in Excel, with experience in building and maintaining complex models.

- Experience with loan compliance, loan reporting, and private equity is a plus.

- Familiarity with aviation or asset-backed finance is advantageous but not required.

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to navigate and interpret complex contracts and financial documents.

- Experience with financial metrics, swaps, derivatives, and loan structures is a plus.
