Aircraft Leasing Head of Engines
My client is a major aircraft lessor which has a requirement for a Global Head of Engines. We are looking for an experienced candidate from a lessor, OEM, MRO or airline to head up the engines business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the lifecycle of global engine assets, including leasing, purchasing, and sales.
- Drive contract negotiations for repairs, dismantling, and exchanges.
- Consolidate engine demands from diverse projects, delivering tailored solutions.
- Assess and optimize value for end-of-life engine assets.
- Generate comprehensive progress reports for senior leadership.
Requirements:
- At least 15+ years' experience from a technical position with a lessor, airline, or MRO operations.
- Expertise in engine leasing, trading, and asset evaluation.
- Proven adaptability in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Experience from an airline is essential.
