About the job
Our client, a leading global aircraft leasing company, have an exciting opportunity for an Analyst - Risk & Financial Modeller to join the Aviation Finance & Investments team. This role will suit someone ambitious and driven to succeed.
Experience in aircraft leasing is valued but not required. Candidates with strong financial modeling or risk analysis expertise from other industries are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage complex financial models driving aircraft valuation, portfolio management, company valuation, and credit analysis.
- Research opportunities thoroughly to determine the feasibility of investment and divestment/trading across the aviation portfolio.
- Manage aviation investments and recommend value-enhancing strategies.
- Gather critical market information through collaboration which can be used to enhance decision-making for aviation investments and portfolio management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of two years’ experience in finance, investment banking, or aircraft leasing.
- A relevant 3rd-level degree (finance, accounting, aviation finance, etc).
- Expert user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Strong presentation skills.
