Aircraft Leasing Technical Records Coordinator
Locations: Newport Beach or Miami
Job Summary
My client is a high-profile aircraft leasing platform which has a requirement for a Technical Records Coordinator. You will support Technical Managers with various projects such as aircraft returns, deliveries, repossessions, sales, and purchases.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the Regional Technical Manager in the Americas region.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret complex technical data.
- Maintain and input data into SharePoint using aircraft records expertise.
- Monitor and quality-check consultant sites on Box.com.
- Research and prepare documentation for aircraft transitions, including returns, deliveries, repossessions, and purchases.
- Collaborate with consultants to ensure proper aircraft records and project support.
- Develop critical path timelines for transitioning aircraft components and parts.
- Request monthly reports, and updates on aircraft status, and manage TEAMS channel updates.
- Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders; conduct quarterly reviews to ensure Coupa updates.
- Address supplier invoices and payment inquiries.
- Utilise MyBoeingFleet and AirbusWorld to review or obtain technical data.
- Coordinate with OEMs for maintenance and operational technical publications or technical data unavailable on portals.
- Maintain external relationships with consultants, lessees, and suppliers.
Requirements
- Familiarity with MyBoeingFleet and AirbusWorld platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or related fields.
- 2 to 5 years of aviation experience, particularly with aircraft records.
