Aircraft Leasing Financial Accountant – Shannon, Ireland
About the Job:

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including debtors, creditors, and payroll.
- Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations accurately and on time.
- Support financial close activities for multiple entities, with variance analysis to budget and forecast.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and the preparation of strategic plans.
- Develop dashboards, ad hoc reports, and cash flow forecasts with associated commentary.
- Coordinate year-end audit processes and liaise with auditors.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to drive process improvements and optimize systems.
Qualifications:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong financial operations and reporting experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems.
- A proactive mindset, with a passion for innovation and process efficiency.
