About the Job:
An international aircraft leasing platform is seeking a Finance Manager to join its finance team in Dublin on a 6–12 month fixed-term contract. This role supports senior management through timely and accurate financial and management reporting, technical analysis, and commercial transaction support.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly financial close, reporting and variance analysis
- Support quarterly asset impairment and ECL reviews
- Assist with consolidated management reporting for Head Office
- Represent Finance on commercial deal teams
- Prepare technical accounting papers and semi-annual disclosures
- Maintain and enhance finance systems, documentation, and internal controls
Qualifications:
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA or CIMA)
- 4+ years' post-qualified experience, ideally within aircraft leasing or a Big 4 firm
- Strong technical accounting skills and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication, analytical, and IT skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
