About the Role
We are working with a high-profile global aircraft leasing platform to appoint an SVP Capital Markets. This is a key leadership role focused on investor engagement, business development, and capital fundraising. The successful candidate will work closely with equity partners and institutional investors to drive capital sourcing strategies while identifying and shaping investment opportunities aligned with strategic growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow relationships with private equity, institutional investors, and funding partners.
- Drive business development efforts with a focus on raising capital for new acquisitions and platform growth.
- Identify, structure, and pitch investment opportunities, developing tailored equity stories and supporting materials.
- Oversee credit and pricing assessments for structured transactions, ensuring alignment with risk and return objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial and capital markets teams on fundraising and investment strategies.
- Maintain a robust investor database, oversee communications, and lead outreach efforts for new capital opportunities.
Requirements
- Significant experience in aviation finance, private equity, or investment strategy.
- Proven track record of business development and fundraising, with strong investor-facing credentials.
- Deep understanding of credit and risk frameworks, particularly in aircraft leasing or structured finance.
- Excellent communication, business writing, and investor presentation skills.
- U.S. work authorization is required.
