Aircraft Leasing Senior Paralegal / Contract Manager
My client is a leading aircraft lessor recruiting a Senior Paralegal/Senior Contract Manager to join its legal team in Stamford.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate aircraft acquisition, sale, lease, and financing transactions from approval through closing.
• Prepare and manage conditions precedent, closing checklists, and transaction deliverables.
• Liaise with external counsel, aviation authorities, and registries for accurate and timely filings.
• Draft and oversee corporate approvals and coordinate execution of legal documents.
• Maintain International Registry status, perform searches, and lodge interests and discharges.Requirements
• Minimum 6 years’ experience as a paralegal or transaction manager in aircraft leasing or aviation law.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft lease contracts, closings, and conditions precedent.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.A market-leading package and long-term progression are available for the right candidate.
