My client is a leading aircraft lessor recruiting a Legal Administrator to join its legal operations team in Dublin.
Responsibilities
- Support legal and commercial teams with administrative and document preparation tasks
- Coordinate travel, visas, and calendar management for legal leadership
- Process legal invoices and attorney expenses in line with billing guidelines
- Maintain legal records and oversee documentation compliance
- Assist in drafting, formatting and managing legal correspondence and reports
Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in a legal support or administrative role, preferably in aviation or leasing
- Aircraft leasing exposure is essential
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organisational skills in a fast-paced setting
