Aircraft Leasing VP or SVP Technical
My client is a leading aircraft lessor that is recruiting for a VP or SVP Technical to join their technical team in Singapore or Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
- Manage aircraft transitions across APAC, overseeing budgets, MROs, airworthiness coordination, and customer interface
- Lead technical negotiations in leasing transactions, ensuring robust asset protection
- Oversee due diligence, inspections, and technical approvals related to maintenance and reserve claims
- Support cross-functional teams on asset risk, pricing, and deal execution
Requirements
- At least 7+ years’ experience in aircraft leasing technical operations, transitions, or asset management
- Degree in engineering or FAA/EASA licence required
- Strong project leadership and commercial acumen are essential
