Aircraft Leasing Office Administrator – Immediate Start
Our client is a leading Aircraft Leasing company with an office in Dublin City Centre. They are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration of aircraft transaction documents
- Liaise with embassies regarding legal documentation
- Manage the internal travel invoices and coordinate with the courier company
- Update board meeting documents
- General office administration and office support
- Compile information for Bank KYC requests
- Prepare documents for signing
- Check delivery documents for aircraft
Requirements:
- Positive, can-do attitude
- 1+ years’ administration experience in within a corporate organisation
- Enthusiastic and approachable personality
- Native level English
This position is starting as a temporary role but there is a strong potential for the position to go permanent.
