Corporate Receptionist (Aircraft Leasing) – Immediate Interview
My aircraft leasing client is currently looking for a Corporate Receptionist. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic aircraft leasing company based in Dublin City Centre and gain experience and exposure to the aircraft leasing industry.
Your role as Corporate Receptionist:
- Meet and greet any visitors to the office
- General office administration
- Take messages, manage a diary and forward calls and emails
- Schedule taxis, transport and car-parking services
- Manage post and courier services
- Schedule meetings and appointments, coordinate meeting rooms and ensure that they are prepared as needed
- Ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- 1 years + reception and experience within a corporate client-facing position
- Enthusiastic and approachable personality
- Fluent written and oral English
- Highly organised and proficient in using Microsoft Office programs
