Aircraft Leasing Deliveries Contract Manager
We are recruiting a Deliveries Contract Manager to join a Contracts Management team within an Aircraft Leasing company located in Dublin city centre.This is a Fixed Term Contract.
This Deliveries Contract Manager position will be customer facing with responsibility for ensuring aircraft deliveries and transactions are closed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:- Manage a cross functional deal team to ensure aircraft deliveries and sales transactions are successfully completed on schedule
- Work with senior management to implement process improvement strategies
- Negotiate and resolve any documentary, funding and closing matters on deals
- Become the point of contact for manufacturers, law firms and airlines on all delivery related matters
- Manage airline insurance reviews and renewals
- Present updates and provide insights on current deals to senior management
Requirements:- Experience in Aviation Finance, ideally within a contract management or deliveries role
- Aviation insurance experience desirable
- Proven track record working on aviation transaction projects, ideally with legal, insurance, deliveries or contract management experience
- Strong relationship management experience and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel, if necessary
