Graduate Marketing Assistant/Recruitment Resourcer

The Role
- Managing and coordinating the marketing function of GKR
- Ownership of GKR’s social media outlets such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, GKR blog etc.
- Creating and managing online content
- Preparing online and printed marketing materials
- Working with the Senior Management team to devise a marketing calendar
- Working closely/supporting an experienced Recruitment Consultant(s)
- Using all outlets to source suitable candidates through advertising and referrals
- Reviewing CV’s and identifying relevant candidates
- Responding to applicants queries by phone and email.
- Candidate contact and screening
- Coordinate consultant interviews
What you will bring to the role:
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to think outside the box.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a business relevant area preferably marketing.
- Enjoy working and interacting with people with the ability to build long-lasting relationships and trust with stakeholders at various levels.
- A confident self starter who can work independently and part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail.
