Aircraft Leasing Pricing & Commercial Analyst
An exciting opportunity to join an established aircraft leasing company in Dublin City Centre.
The successful Pricing & Commercial Analyst will be involved in the analysis and pricing of aircraft transactions and the evaluation of potential acquisitions.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for analysing, structuring and pricing transactions originated by the commercial team
- Continuous development of the pricing model
- Market trend analysis and due diligence
- Recommend solutions to enhance the economic returns of transactions
- Help the risk team in producing credit analysis for underlying obligors in transactions
- Work with the corporate finance team preparing various reports as required
- Assist in producing internal approval papers and presentations for each transaction
- Active deal team member
- Assist with portfolio management reporting and budgeting process
Requirements:
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or financial qualifications
- 2-5 years’ relevant experience in an analytical/pricing role within a finance/commercial function
- Extensive financial modelling experience essential
- Knowledge of the aircraft leasing industry advantageous
- Background in a technical function/aircraft engineering very advantageous
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel essential
