Aircraft Leasing Paralegal
My client, a major aircraft lessor, is currently recruiting for a Paralegal to join their Legal team in Dublin office.
Responsibilities:
- Providing support and assistance to the legal function
- Arranging and overseeing the execution of documents and assembling closing documents for aircraft leasing, trading and financing transactions
- Arranging and overseeing notarisation, legislation and consularisation of documents
- Liaising with external counsel to obtain relevant documents for transactions
- Overseeing collection of closing bibles and sets
- Liaising with Contracts Management to ensure executed documents are provided for upload to system
- Maintaining and filing transaction documents
- Co-ordinating conditions precedent and conditions subsequent for Transactions
- Managing International Registry filings
- Processing legal invoices on Serengeti / Oracle, liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders on legal invoices and running reports
- Ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Law degree
- 2-5 years’ experience in corporate Legal Department or Law Firm
- Proficient in the use of all MS Office applications including Excel
- Serengeti, Brightflag or general e-billing experience essential
