Aircraft Leasing Head of Operations
A leading aircraft leasing client is looking for an expert Head of Operations to join their growing team in Dublin.
The Head of Operations will be responsible for Operations Projects, IT Systems Improvement, Facilities Management, Document Management and Communications.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Senior Management team to ensure all cross-functional initiatives and change programmes are implemented successfully
- Develop an Operations team to deliver process improvements across IT, Facilities Management, Document Management, and Branding & Communications.
- Ensure procedures are in place to anticipate business requirements
- Management of multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously across platform developments, systems improvement, reporting, and process improvement
- Responsibility for managing the Operations budget and forecasting future expenditure requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a Senior Operations role (ideally within aircraft leasing/aviation finance)
- Strategic thinker within the operating environment with the ability to see the bigger picture, anticipating business requirements and providing solutions
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team
- Proven track record in delivering multiple projects
- Experience in process development and improvement
- Ability to evaluate software systems and work with external providers to design a solution that meets business requirements
