Sales Development Manager EMEA
A successful rapid-growth Pre-IPO technology company is currently seeking a Sales Development Manager to manage the EMEA sales development team in Dublin.
The successful candidates must have a strong background in sales development, exceptional team leadership experience and experience in setting up processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales development representatives
- Train, educate and career develop the team
- Develop SDR processes for outbound prospecting, inbound calls and cross-functional prospecting
- Recognise issues with the SDR processes and sales pipeline
- Analyse team metrics
- Manage relationships with SDRs
- Manage the hiring process of SDRs across EMEA
What you need to have:
- Proven track record of hitting targets and exceeding quotas
- 2+ years in business development
- 1+ years' experience managing or team leading a sales development/lead generation team
- Experience selling a technical SaaS software
