Chief Technology Officer
We are seeking a hands-on CTO with a proven track record aligning the IT strategy to implement the business strategic vision. This successful candidate has the unique opportunity to progress into the role of COO.
You must have experience and be comfortable working in a fast moving, growing and dynamic environment.
In this role you will ensure that the IT Team provides a reliable, robust and secure environment supporting IT applications and infrastructure across a number of locations.
You will also interface with the shareholder and will manage a number of change initiatives.
Experience:
- Over 10+ years in IT with over 5 years in a hands-on Head of IT/CTO position
- Experience driving process change and process improvement.
- Strong background in IT day-to-day IT management combined with defining and implementing strategy – covering Project Management, Infrastructure, Applications, BI, Cloud Services, Data and IT Operations.
- Excellent people management and vendor relationship management skills.
- Strong relationship management, influencing, listening and communications skills
