Aircraft Leasing Technical Asset Management Director
This is an excellent opportunity to join a global leader in the aircraft leasing industry working as a Technical Asset Management Director.
Responsibilities:
- Management of lease due diligence and analysis for acquisition and divestment of aircraft
- Manage the lease due diligence and analysis for management aircraft
- Work alongside the Trading team on potential acquisition and divestment of aircraft as technical expert
- Advise on transaction costs and value of aircraft when acquiring aircraft
- Support lease novation activity
- Key member of the deal team, providing technical support and analysis
- Provide technical input on queries from investors and board presentations
- Ensure technical accuracy and integrity is maintained across the entire fleet
- Perform technical calculations such as end of lease compensations, maintenance reserve escalations, letter of credit etc.
- Cost and maintenance reserve rate analysis
- Perform lease reviews
- Perform analysis to demonstrate economic and maintenance outlook, ensuring potential exposure is identified
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or a Licensed Aircraft Engineer
- Aircraft leasing or airline experience in an engineering or data analysis role
- Proven experience in maintenance and cashflow forecasting and modelling
- Strong working knowledge of FAA and EASA regulations
- Knowledge of aircraft lease documentation
- Advanced MS Excel skills essential, must have extensive experience in forecasting and data analysis
