In partnership with a Large Scale Organisation, we are looking for a Senior Programme Manager to join a Robotic Process automation team in Dublin. As a Senior Programme Manager you will utilise the project management lifecycle and methodolgy to drive the successful completion of numerous innovative projects. This position will suit someone with extensive project mangement experience and a great can-do attitude.
Responsibilities of the Senior Programme Manager:- Drive the completion of projects to deadlines and dates
- Lead project meetings - up to 20 at a time
- Initiate project scoping efforts
- Cultivate project plans and drive projects to successful outcomes
- Manage projects through each phase of the project life-cycle
- Proactively troubleshoot issues/risks throughout the project life-cycle
- Update stakeholders on project status
- Lead and partner with cross-functional project teams
- 10+ years of experience
- Strong ability to drive teams with a can-do attitude essential
- PMP, PRINCE2 Certificate or equivalent a distinct advantage
- Strong knowledge of Project Management Lifecycle and Methodologies
- Demonstrated track record of successfully planning and managing projects from start to finish
- Ability to communicate and build relationships with co-workers and management
- Can work autonomously while maintaining a high-level of transparency into key decisions and issues
- Effective problem solver
- Proven track record in conflict management and resolution.
