Operations Engineer
We're looking for an Operations Engineer to join a Market Leading Tech Company based in Dublin. You'll work with the distributed Ops Team to manage customer solutions. Being proactive and providing excellent customer service in a high availability environment is par for the course in this role. It is an excellent opportunity to work in an environment where the sky is the limit.
What you'll get to do as Operations Engineer:- Take ownership of internal and customer related communications.
- Work on continuous improvement, including documentation and scripts.
- Own the ticket queue, prioritising and solving issues as they arise.
- Generate reports for a variety of teams.
What you'll need:- A relevant degree.
- Be a great communicator.
- Ability to script in Bash, Python, Perl or similar.
- 3+ years of enterprise support experience where you've configured and managed Linux-based platforms.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Understanding of support processes.
