Enterprise Customer Success Manager – Rapid Growth American Software company.
We are recruiting for an American Software company that are looking for Customer Success Manager to join their team. This person will manage relationships with their enterprise clients. This company are rapid-growth, have a start-up environment and a strong work hard, play hard culture. They are looking for a vibrant candidate that has extensive strategic account management and customer success experience in a fast paced environment.
A Day in the Life of a Customer Success Manager:- Act as point of contact for a large portfolio of Enterprise clients
- Assist with onboarding and training
- Be actively involved in the pre-sales and post-sales process
- Act as an advocate for new product features
- Build strong and lasting relationships with customers
What you need to have:- 3 + years’ experience in account management, sales or support
- Experience managing strategic relationships at an enterprise level
- Proven track record in consistently over achieving your targets
- Honours Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English AND either German, French or Dutch
- Experience working with small business owners
- Strong communication and organizational skills
