Inside Sales Director – Rapid Growth Tech Company
We are recruiting a driven and experienced Inside Sales Director for a rapid growth tech company to join their Dublin based HQ. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will be a highly motivated leader who will manage a team of sales professionals and account managers to drive sales in EMEA.
Your role:- Strive to overachieve sales targets by devising effective B2B sales strategies to reflect trends and growths in the market.
- Provide a consistently high standard of customer service.
- Manage and support a team of Account Executives and Account Managers to drive growth and efficiency.
- Aid in the process of new market penetration, from conception to completion of effective strategies.
- Report on Key Performance Indicators on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Find and acquire talented sales professionals for SMB and MM teams.
What you'll need:- 6+ years' experience working with SMB or Mid-Market clients.
- 3+ years' managing a successful sotware sales team.(full sales cycle)
- Proven ability to successfully manage and motivate a team.
- Strong track record of overachieving sales targets.
- Deep understanding and appreciation of SMB and MM businesses.
- Highly driven and dynamic with a hunger for sales.
