Aircraft Leasing Business Analyst / Application Support
My client is a market leading company in the aircraft leasing industry, and they are now recruiting for a Business Analyst / Application Support to join their busy team.
The role will be full time and the first 3 months will be in Ireland and then move to Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Provide level 1 application support tickets across all sites
- Act as primary point of contact for Business Systems in Dubai
- Conduct system testing and liaising with end users
- Prepare and keep current user guides & documentation on all proprietary applications
- Map out user’s business requirements to technical design
- Analyse technical and business environment
- Collaborate with Product Manager
- Prepare QA/test environments including scripting and data preparation along with performing testing of system and maintain test evidence for audit
- Provide and prepare training content for IT department

Requirements:
- Third level qualification on Computer Science or a relevant discipline
- At least 3+ years’ experience in an IT development role
- Excellent Business Analysis skills
- Experience with Process Mapping, SharePoint and Facilitation processes
- Strong background in C#/ MVC/ASP.NET/Classic ASP
- Exposure with Scrum Methodologies and Agile environments
- Oracle/SQL Server; Oracle PL/SQL preferred, SSRS/Tableau or equivalent
