Senior EMEA Payroll Administrator.
The role;- Ensure EMEA payroll runs are processed accurately and on time
- Ensuring all policies and procedures for each relevant country are met
- Working with a number of different tracking and HR systems to validate and submit payroll files
- Complete month end payroll activities
- Ensure that monthly and yearly local tax payments and compliance requirements are met
- Participate in payroll-related meetings and presentations
- Liaise directly with third parties and tax authorities for any issue resolution
- Work with payroll teams in other countries as necessary
- Work with internal and external audit to ensure the integrity of the payroll information
- Report on PTO balances from time off management system
Requirements:
- At least 2 - 4 years EMEA payroll experience
- Fluent English and any additional European languages would be a plus.
- Excellent Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge and application of payroll principles, concepts and industry practices and standards.
This is starting as a 6 month contract role initially
