Due to continued growth, a leading Market Leading company is looking for a Helpdesk Support Technician to join their office in the City Centre. As the Helpdesk Support Technician, you’ll support the needs of a busy office environment and ensure operational stability. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong problem solver to work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Problem solve on issues related to software and hardware including, networking, routers, switches and PCs.
- Manage third-party services.
- Ensure security policies are monitored correctly, including patch and vulnerability management.
- Perform Active Directory administrative duties.
- Maintain storage, backup and recovery facilities.
- Provide excellent customer service by web or phone.
- 3+ years’ of experience with Active Directory and Cisco.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and MS Office.
- Strong networking knowledge.
- Good project management and organisational skills.
- Availability for after-hours and on-call as needed.
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Considerable problem solving ability.
