Aircraft Leasing – Senior Accounting Operations Manager
A market leading lessor in the aircraft leasing industry is looking to recruit a Senior Manager to join the Accounts Receivables team based in Dublin city centre.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-class aviation lessor.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and support the AR team
- Perform the analytical review and provide a analysis of movement in AR for relevant period including quarter-on-quarter analysis.
- Manage the period-end close process checklist.
- Liaise with other departments to review and improve streamline processes
- Provide assistance in the preparation and maintenance of company’s financial controls
- Design and improve finance modelling within the AR team
- Preparation of information for both external/ internal audits as required
- Project lead in relation to the implementation of system upgrade projects within the AR team
Requirements:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified
- Third lever degree on a relevant discipline
- Experience working in an international environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Independent and proactive and flexible personality
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Team player with analytical skills
- Strong Excel skills and in-depth knowledge of well-known advanced accounting / ERP systems
