Aircraft Leasing Treasury Manager
A market leading aircraft leasing company are looking for a Senior Treasury professional to join their expanding team.
Responsibilities:
- Providing deal team support by utilising appropriate hedging strategies
- Leading Hedge Accounting transactions
- Liaising with internal and external parties to ensure Hedge Accounting position is maintained and developed
- Responsible for maintaining and managing the treasury management system
- Mentor and train members of the Treasury and Finance teams on reporting, interest rate hedging and other responsibilities
- Contribution to the balance sheet management objectives of the company
- Identifying improvements that can be made to the Treasury reporting process and putting the improvements into practice
- Ensuring that Treasury payments are processed and recorded accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures
- Interacting with the shareholders with respect to hedged positions
Competencies & Experience:
- Treasury professional with 10+ years’ experience
- Accounting or treasury qualification desirable
- Knowledge of the aviation industry, aircraft leasing desirable
- Must have proven track record in project management
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical ability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong Excel skills
