Technical Support Representative for Rapid Growth Company – Dublin


We are recruiting for a  rapid-growth American software company with an EMEA HQ in Dublin. They are currently seeking to recruit a Technical Support representative. What you will do:

• Ensure excellent customer support and satisfaction
• You will assist and advise customers with all technical support issues:  any product issues and requests including software installation, activation and upgrades with the end goal of delivering an exceptional experience.
• Pro-actively make suggestions and develop  initiatives for improving customer experience as a whole.
• Test the products for bug reports and feature requests

• 2+ years’ experience providing technical support in a software company
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Passionate about helping customers
• Experience working in a windows environment
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Fun and enthusiastic personality!
• Strong level of technical literacy, excellent knowledge of Internet and software applications, including Microsoft Office products
• Degree in IT related area is an advantage but not a prerequisite
