Cantonese and Mandarin Customer Service Agent - EMEA start up
Our client, a US headquartered company is a market leader in international ecommerce solutions.
Our client is looking for a fun, friendly, motivated and dynamic Customer Care Representative to join their rapidly expanding company.
A day in the life of a customer service agent:
- Interacting with client companies, international consumers and company vendors worldwide
- Providing a high level of customer support via emails and/or phone and ensuring that all customer queries are responded to in a timely and effective manner.
- Researching solutions
- Tracking and documenting the resolution process using their order management and support systems
- Raising and tracking inquiries with various vendors via a ticketing system
What you need to have:- 4 year degree or relevant work experience in a Customer Service role
- Fluency in both Cantonese and Mandarin, written and verbal is fundamental!
- Experience in ecommerce
- Enthusiastic and fun personality
- Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- Must be a problem solver and a good multi-tasker
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel, Word and Outlook
