GKR Search and Selection is a boutique recruitment agency based in the heart of Dublin City. Due to significant growth and after securing a number of exciting new contracts we are now looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant/Recruiter to join our expanding IT team.

This is an ideal opportunity for a personable individual that is interested in making the move from a technical role into IT recruitment. Excellent training and support will be provided in a dynamic environment that follows a quality over quantity approach. If you have technical experience or an interest in technology this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing quality candidates through a range of sources including our database, social media and other online tools. We have invested heavily in this area so everything is at your fingertips.
• Interviewing and assessing candidates.
• Meeting client targets and managing client Preferred Supplier Agreement relationships.
• Arranging and attending client meetings online and face to face to assess requirements.
• Identifying new business opportunities.
• Constantly seeking innovative ways of sourcing candidates and candidate assessment.

• Successful applicants will ideally hold a third level qualification – preferably from an IT related discipline.
• Strong interest in technology in general.
• Have a minimum of 1 to 3 years customer service/sales and or recruitment experience.
• Excellent phone manner and excellent customer service skills.
• Good business sense and a confident manner.
• Great attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Team player
