Aircraft Leasing Contract Manager – Hong Kong
A fast-growing aircraft investment services firm are looking for a Contract Manager to join their expanding team in Hong Kong.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support the Commercial team in the management of multiple transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Commercial team in the closing of transactions once the LOI has been agreed
- Project management of all relevant documentation
- Assist in the planning and coordinating of documents between internal departments
- Point of contact for all relevant enquiries relating to transactions
- Maintaining and filing of transaction documents
- Coordination of information from various departments, outside parties and customers for use in transactions
- Tracking of deadlines and closing dates
- Escalation of issues as required to Commercial team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline
- 2+ years Contracts or Transaction Management experience within the aviation industry
- Previous experience using databases and document management systems
- Excellent organisation experience with great attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
