Aircraft Leasing Senior Technical Operations Manager
A growing aircraft leasing company is looking for a senior Technical Manager to join their team in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage technical resources for aircraft delivery and acquisition activities
- Participate in lease negotiations
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Work cross functionally with other departments to ensure best practices
- Support budget development and cost reduction where possible
- Use expertise to streamline efficiencies within the Technical department
- Performance manage of consultants and third party providers
- Identify areas of improvement operationally within the department and implement solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or aeronautics or licensed engineer with 10 years technical aviation experience
- Technical understanding of airframes, powerplants and system components
- Knowledge of EASA/FAA regulatory requirements
- Ability to manage a team and provide mentorship
