Russian/Japanese Customer Support Representative- American Ecommerce Company

Our client, is an American based company which provides e-commerce solutions to the world’s biggest and best- known brands. They are looking for a dynamic Russian or Japanese speaking customer service representative, to join their rapid growth company for an initial short term contract with a view to permanency.

Responsibilities:

• Interacting with client companies and international customers worldwide
• Responding to customers' inquiries in an efficient manner
• Researching solutions by contacting the parties involved including logistics companies, payment companies and other external and/or internal groups
• Tracking and documenting the resolution process using their order management and support systems
• Opening inquiries with various vendors using ticketing system and tracking the tickets to ensure responses
• Communicating responses to clients and customers via e-mails and phone

• Strong work experience in Customer Service/Support and Business to Business Support positions
• Must be able to read, write, and speak Russian or Japanese (having both languages is a distinct advantage) 
• Fluency in English 
• Experience in e-commerce, online payments, credit card processing and/or logistics is preferred
• An attention to detail with analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
• "problem solver" with the ability to work simultaneously on various projects and bring resolution to problems independently
• Must be skilled in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel, Word and Outlook
