We are recruiting an experienced Tax Manager to join an aircraft leasing client, based in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring  accurate tax compliance as well as playing a key role in business transactions.
 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the timely response to all tax administration requests from lessees, lenders and other third parties
  
  
• Assist the deal team with all tax related queries regarding the lease, purchase and sale of aircraft assets       
  
  
• Ensure appropriate and accurate tax compliance
  
  
• Provide tax input into key business transactions
  
  
• Support and management of the tax provision calculation for audit, working closely with the Financial Reporting team
  
  
• Management of the database and relevant documentation
  
  
• Manage the tax payments and refunds process

Qualifications: 

• Qualified Accountant with Irish Tax Institute qualification
  
  
• Experience within the aircraft leasing industry essential
  
  
• 5+ years PQE
  
  
• IFRS and US GAAP knowledge essential
  
  
• Strong technical tax compliance experience
