Technical Sourcer
GKR Search and Selection is a boutique recruitment agency based in the heart of Dublin. We specialise in a number of industries and have a global reach with a network of clients and candidates around the world. Due to continued growth we are now looking for a Technical Sourcer with a real interest in technology to join the IT team.
Responsibilities:- Work closely with the IT team to support the recruitment process as required.
- Administrative duties such as screening emails and phone-calls, preparation of client presentations etc.
- Utilise social media, LinkedIn and a variety of platforms to source excellent candidates.
- Efficiently manage talent pipelines and job boards.
- Data entry and administration of the company database,
- Screening formatting and uploading of CVs.
- Third level qualification or diploma – preferably from an IT related discipline.
- Strong interest in technology in general.
- Ideally 1+ years of administration/systems experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Ability to maintain attention to detail under pressure.
- Proactive approach and capable of working on own initiative.
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise projects.
- Excellent team player mentality; enthusiasm, a strong work ethic and a positive attitude are essential.
