Accounts Payable Assistant

My client is a high profile corporate client company based in Dublin. They are currently seeking an accounts payable assistant to join their team.

The candidate will support the following areas:

• Assign invoices on the system and posting approved invoices.
  
  
• Vendor account management, liaise with Material Management and other departments to resolve any invoice issues.
  
  
• Manage Invoice discrepancy and log queries
  
  
• Work with approvers to resolve and close disputes
  
  
• File and archive invoices.
  
  
• Evaluate and develop existing systems and processes to ensure accurate, timely and value added reporting
  
  

• Third level education
  
  
• At least 12 Months accounts payable experience
  
  
• High volume multinational experience preferable
  
  
• Highly motivated, technically astute with good spreadsheet skills.
