Collections Analyst - (Danish speaking)

Our client, an established and expanding global leader in digital commerce are setting up a new EMEA business operation based in central Dublin.

Responsibilities:

• Collection of monies owed from commercial debtors in the Nordic Region
  
  
• Manage and reduce the level of delinquent debt
  
  
• Update and manage company systems to facilitate the prompt and expedient collection of debt
  
  
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure a professional service is delivered
  
  
• View and action unallocated cash and credit notes
  
  
• Own and act upon customer service queries ensuring positive outcomes for all
  
  
• Represent the company effectively in all customer contact
  
  

• Previous collections experience (Collections / Credit Control)
  
  
• Good level of numeracy
  
  
• Strong customer service experience
  
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
  
  
• Tenacity and commercial awareness
  
  
• Strong IT skills - Microsoft Applications
  
  
• Fluency in Danish & English
