- Corporate Finance HR Manager
Our client is a leading corporate finance business based in Dublin who is looking for an experienced HR Manager to provide a broad range of advice, support and HR guidance to their employees.
Responsibilities;- Lead and participate in HR Projects including M&A or Management Change.
- Provide advice to employees during strategic changes, including culture review, internal communication and compensation process review.
- Deliver on long and short term HR Strategic initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships, improve team effectiveness and morale
- Monitor annual performance appraisals and setting of KPIs
- Provide guidance on employment legislation, performance management, policy interpretation and corrective action
- Identify training needs and develop training plans.
- Day to day HR management
Requirements:- Appropriate Third Level HR Qualification / Professional qualification or relevant experience
- 10 years’ generalist HR management experience from a multinational environment
- Experience in M&A and restructuring/change environment is an advantage
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
This will be starting as a 6-8 month contract but there may be opportunities to stay on after the initial contract.
