Implementation Manager - EMEA HQ American Tech Company
We are recruiting for an American Software company that are looking for an Implementation Manager to support their EMEA customer base. This company are rapid-growth, have a start-up environment and a strong work hard, play hard culture. They are looking for a vibrant candidate that has extensive account management experience in a fast paced environment.
A Day in the Life of a Implementation Manager:- Develop Implementation plans for clients
- Continually analyse implementations highlighting both success and failures
- Provide training for customers
- Act as a customer voice
What you need to have:- 3 + years’ experience in technical support
- Honours Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and German
- Experience with API Integrations
- Proven track record in consistently over achieving your targets
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Technically minded
- Team-player
