- Description
We have been retained by a rapid-growth lessor which is recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager to manage an ABS.
The role- Interfacing with equity and debt investors in respect of their relevant managed investments
- Ensuring the firm is compliant at all times with its obligations under the relevant managed assets service agreements
- Monitoring and coordinating compliance with the lease services terms of the servicing agreements
- Working with the relevant teams to ensure any commercially reasonable steps are being taken to enforce and preserve the rights of the owner in the event of late payment or default
- Monitoring and communicating with the owner in respect of any lease marketing and sale activities that are being performed in accordance with the requirements of the servicing agreement
- Providing or co-ordinating the provision of market information to the relevant owners or their board
- Updating the owner or their board regarding any material legal, regulatory or manufacturer changes and developments
- Oversight of cash transfers and liquidity management for managed assets
- Presenting the servicer reports at quarterly and annual board meetings and responding to any director queries as required
Requirements- 6+ years’ experience aircraft leasing industry experience
- Ideally previous experience of managing an ABS
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Track record maintaining strong relationships with key external and internal stakeholders
- Solutions driven attitude and comfortable making decisions
