Japanese Customer Service Agent
Our client, is an American based company which provides e-commerce solutions to the world's biggest and best- known brands. They are looking for a dynamic Japanese speaking customer service representative, to join their rapid growth company for an initial short term contract with a view to permanency
Responsibilities:- Interacting with client companies and international customers worldwide
- Responding to customers' inquiries in an efficient manner
- Researching solutions by contacting the parties involved including logistics companies, payment companies and other external and/or internal groups
- Tracking and documenting the resolution process using their order management and support systems
- Opening inquiries with various vendors using ticketing system and tracking the tickets to ensure responses
- Communicating responses to customers via e-mails and phone
Requirements:- Strong work experience in Customer Service/Support and Business to Business Support positions
- Must be able to read, write, and speak Japanese
- Fluency in English
- Experience in e-commerce, online payments, credit card processing and/or logistics is preferred
- An attention to detail with analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent written communication skills are required
- "problem solver" with the ability to work simultaneously on various projects and bring resolution to problems independently
- Must be skilled in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel, Word and Outlook
