Business Analyst - Global eCommerce Company
Our client is a global leading in eCommerce based in Dublin who are looking for a Business Analyst. As the Business Analyst you'll work with a talented technical team to supports Telecommunications operations. This position would suit someone with Expense-related Telecommunications experience.
Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Work on billing issues, chargebacks, accruals, invoicing and forecasting
- Collaborate with the Financial Account on Telecom expenses
- Manage Telecom Expense Management Partners
- Monitor toll usage and identify toll free incidents
- Manage Chargeback and Invoice Payment processes
- Interact with vendors and coordinate as required.
What you'll need:
- 5+ years' experience in Expense Management, Account and Forecasting
- Knowledge of the Telecommunications Industry including Products and Services
- Excellent customer-focused technical support experience
- Strong MS Excel knowledge
- An analytical skillset with attention to detail
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
This position is available on an initial 2 month contract with an immediate interview available.
